When you connect a shop, the app saves your shop URL, API access key, and secret access key in the device's secure Keychain. This information never leaves your device except to authenticate directly with your own Shopware server.
The app communicates exclusively with the Shopware shop URL you enter, over HTTPS, using Shopware's Admin API. Shop data shown in the app (orders, products, customers, statistics) is fetched directly from your server and is not stored permanently, forwarded, or shared.
Nothing. The app contains no analytics, no advertising frameworks, no crash reporting services, and no third-party SDKs. The developer has no access to your credentials, your shop data, or your usage of the app.
The AI Assistant is an optional feature. Nothing below applies unless you use it.
When you send a message to the assistant, your chat messages — and the shop data the assistant reads to answer them — are processed by Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to generate responses. The assistant operates your shop through your shop’s own MCP interface using a short-lived access token (valid for about 10 minutes); your permanent shop keys never leave your device.
With a subscription: requests are relayed through a proxy service operated by the developer (hosted on Cloudflare). The proxy verifies your App Store subscription and forwards the conversation to Anthropic; it does not store your messages or shop data. Your subscription and payment are handled entirely by Apple — the developer never sees your payment details.
With your own API key: your Anthropic API key is stored in the device Keychain and requests go directly from your device to Anthropic. The developer’s systems are not involved.
Usage counters (number of requests and tokens) are stored only on your device.
Tapping "Disconnect" in the app removes the saved credentials from the Keychain. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
